see which live classes are offered:

What if I get stuck on my work?
We are here to help! All of your teachers will be on their Google Meet chat rooms from 1 - 2pm

You can also email your teacher to set up a one-on-one appointment or small group appointment
between 2 - 3pm each day. Find your teachers’ email addresses here.

Many people are going to feel confused or overwhelmed at first, and that’s okay! The best option
is to always email your teachers to let them know what you’re struggling with academically.

Your advisors are also available to meet with you by phone or video chat, or you can email a
counselor to set up an appointment. Ms. Rivera (zrivera@herohigh.net), Ms. Sarabia
(rsarabia@herohigh.net), Ms. Kim (klindo@herohigh.net), and Mr. Lightburn
(slightburn@herohigh.net) are available to talk with you and even to make morning wake up calls!

Do you have any other advice for succeeding at online learning?

The best recipe for success is keeping a regular schedule. Get yourself to bed before midnight
and set an alarm to wake up by 9:00. Eat a healthy breakfast and start checking your Google
Classroom for assignments. You can spend the morning watching your live classes on Google
Meet, then use afternoon office hours to help you complete your other assignments.
